Dr. Moens received his medical degree, with distinction, from KULeuven in 1982. This was followed by his training in anesthesia at Stuyvenberg Hospital and UZ Antwerpen. From 1987, he was an anesthesiologist at St. Vincentius Hospital and AZ Rivierenland. His special interests are loco-regional anesthesia and pain clinic.
